"I had one of the worst experiences ever with this State Farm office. The team is completely disorganized and never on the same page. Every time I call, I get a different answer and a different price nothing is ever consistent, which makes it impossible to trust anything they say.
On top of that, Jody, the office manager, is extremely rude. She constantly talks over you while you’re trying to explain your issue and shows zero patience or willingness to actually help. It feels like customers are more of a burden than a priority.
What’s even more frustrating is seeing all these 5-star reviews, because my experience has been the complete opposite. It honestly makes you question how accurate those reviews really are.
Overall, the level of unprofessionalism here is unbelievable. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and disrespectful service. If you’re considering this office, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere."

"I had a wonderful experience today with Ms. Ruth M. I called the office to have some changes made to my policy and she was super helpful from the beginning to the end. I believe we were on the phone for almost an hour but she was super thorough and went through all of my policies one by one to make sure the changes I wanted done were actually done.
